This privacy policy explains what personal information Level Nutrient (“we”, “us”) collects when you use levelnutrient.com, how we use it and the choices you have. What we collect
- Newsletter and free meal plan sign-ups: your email address and, if you provide it, your first name.
- Orders: your name, email address, billing details and order history. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login details and the downloads you’ve purchased.
- Personalized meal plans: the answers you give in our intake questionnaire, which may include information about your goals, dietary preferences, allergies and health. We only use this to create your plan.
- Contact form messages: your name, email address and message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and server logs, including for security (for example, to block repeated failed login attempts).
How we use it
- To deliver the products and free downloads you request, and to provide customer support.

How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required by tax law (typically 7 years), newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and contact messages for up to 24 months. Personalized plan questionnaires are deleted 12 months after your plan is delivered unless you ask us to keep them.

Children
