We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Level Nutrient. Because our meal plans and recipe books are digital downloads that can’t be returned, our refund policy works a little differently from a physical store.
Digital products (meal plans, recipe books and bundles)
We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- your file is faulty or you can’t download it, and we can’t fix the problem for you, or
- you accidentally bought the same product twice, or bought a product already included in a bundle you own.
If you’re unhappy for another reason, email us within 14 days and tell us why. We review every request individually and will always try to put things right.
Personalized meal plans
- Before you submit your questionnaire: full refund on request.
- After we’ve started building your plan: we can’t offer a refund, but your plan includes one round of revisions within 14 days of delivery.
EU and UK customers
By downloading a digital product immediately after purchase, you agree that the product is supplied straight away and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has started. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty.
How to request a refund
Email admin@levelnutrient.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
